What do you like best? Kindful is a smart and organized way to store donor information. I highly recommend it for non profits.

What do you like best? Its very convenient, everything your looking for is not hard to find. The upside is if your teaching someone how to use Kindful even if they are not computer savvy they'll get it pretty quickly. Easy to add pledge and new donors. Easy to navigate through while on the phone with donors. multitasking is a must when on phone plus some donors are in a rush and dont have time to be on the phone for longs period of time. What do you like best? Super user friendly... a huge time saver. I didn't enjoy inputting donations for the longest time. Now I actually like doing it. The database helps me stay organized and keep track of volunteer information (which I had been doing through paper before).

What do you like best? They are incredibly helpful and always super responsive to questions and needs. They are always willing to follow through with an issue all the way. They follow up with problems after they've initially reached out to you. The platform makes everything super easy to follow. The filters for finding different contacts are really beneficial in creating specific reports.

What do you like best? It is lovely to have all my donor info in one space, easily accessible, and with helpful information. We were using spreadsheets before, and missed a lot of information about relationships between donors, and it was difficult to send mass emails/thank you notes, etc. Also, it was so easy to set it up!

What do you like best? Setup is relatively straightforward for a system like this. No need to have a web or computer expert on staff. It also integrates with all sorts of other tools that help with fundraising, donor management, and accounting.
