"Excpetional customer service that feels like an extension of our organization!"
What do you like best? Kindful is incredibly user friendly. Mostly I love the Dashboard, Reports and ease of use setting up Campaigns! In addition, the best part of my experience has been customer service. Honestly, it feels like Kindful is part of our organizational staff because of their familiarity of our organizational needs and the quick response time.

What do you like best? The program is very user friendly, and any issues or challenges we have faced have been dealt with quickly, which is is crucial to keep our data system up to date to maintain accurate records.

What do you like best? I appreciate how user friendly it is (for the most part). I'm still learning how to use it, but the sessions we receive to get support are terrific. They work with us on our actual page so we can see in real time how to run reports and communicate with donors.

What do you like best? The ability to track donations easily, engage donors with a text to donate features, to have donors set up their own reoccurring donations has all contributed to less need to have this manually done by volunteers and increases the integrity of our data with automated receipts, acknowledgements and year end summaries.

"relationships and reports"
What do you like best? I really like that you can assign relationships within Kindful. Sometimes we have corporate gifts and then individual donors within that organization. Being able to assign those relationships helps with personalizing approaches for future gifts. It also helps when sharing that information across a fundraising team where all may not be aware of the relationships among our donors.

"Great donor management system for your organization!"
What do you like best? Kindful has definitely been a step up from the previous donor management system that my organization used. I especially appreciated the Mailchimp & Emma integration, as my organization often sends out newsletters using these platforms.
