What do you like best? Kindful is very user-friendly. It is easy to add new contacts and transactions. Customer service at Kindful is very quick and thorough at answering questions or pointing me in the right direction when I have an issue or am not about to figure out how to do something.

"Kindful has filled in so many gaps from our old sytem!"
What do you like best? While we're still relatively new to Kindful, I've already been really impressed with them. The system is easy-to-use and intuitive, visually really pleasing, and the customer service we've received is a massive improvement from our old system. We're utilizing several third party systems with native integrations - as well as a few we built via Zapier - and everything has been smooth and seamless so far.

What do you like best? When used as a database for managing contacts and donor communications, it works great. Lots of searchable data fields and reporting options. The interface with our website is easy to create and customize (although the customizations are somewhat limited).

What do you like best? I love the integration with Quickbooks! It works very smoothly and we have never had an issue with this integration.
