"Great customer support through Kindful"
What do you like best? Kindful has been very hands on and available to walk us through the set up process. At the beginning of the process, we described the end state we were working toward. With other softwares, we've found the sales team to overpromise and underdeliver. However, we've been really happy with the way Kindful is meeting our needs and helping us take donor management and software to the next level!

"Kindful support is amazing!"
What do you like best? Kindful has a wonderful support team-- being able to pick up the phone, call with a question, speak with someone directly who can answer it, and resolve issues incredibly quickly has been a facet appreciated by everyone on our team. We all rave about how much we love their friendly, quick assistance-- it makes troubleshooting so much easier. The ease and speed at which their support system is set up has made us very happy that we migrated to Kindful last year.

What do you like best? Kindful is very easy to learn and pick up on quickly, my other intern picked it up in about a week or so. It makes it easy to get the information I need and gives me plenty of options to do so.

"Incredible advancement since migrating to Kindful"
What do you like best? The ease of Kindful. I can look up all the necessary information about a donor in just seconds. We did not previously use a CRM and this has been life-changing in the amount of time it takes to pull reports. The integration with Classy was imperative for us to effectively work. Anyone looking for a CRM that already uses Classy, I highly recommend this integration.
