What do you like best? The best thing about Kindful is the learning curve. You can be up and more productive in a matter of days, not months. The system is intuitive and and tends to keep the unnecessary details hidden and accessible as necessary. You can enter in a pledge, payment or new contact in seconds. What do you like best? The clear formatting helps create an easy experience for all people to utilize Kindful. I appreciate the way that the tabs help to maintain an organized experience. I can manage a plethora of different donors & contacts all within one application. This is helpful for being able to hold things together. What do you like best? The solid platform integration allows us to process $800K per year without touching anything. The donor info is collected, the money goes to the designated bank account and the proper quick books account and is ready for marketing with mailchimp. That's a solid system.
