Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Kontent.ai's main strength is its headless CMS architecture, which eliminates the need to build custom backend API layers. This matters if your team wants to manage content once and publish to websites, mobile apps, and other channels without duplicating work. The interface is straightforward for content creation and model setup, and the SDK support reduces ...Read more

Simple user interface that enhances collaboration and efficiency among team members.
Easy setup for marketers and developers, providing capabilities for content creation, scheduling, and deployment across multiple channels.

An excellent headless CMS in SaaS
What do you like best? The smooth interface for the editor and easiness to get started, be it for the content editor or for the developer. The support has been very quick to solve the very few hiccups we encountered with the platform. In terms of performance, we only had an issue once, delaying the publishing process, which has been fixed by the product team. As the CMS is SaaS base, you can benefit from the latest features released by Kentico. You do not have to bother about terrible ...

Intuitive, flexible content management system
What do you like best? The flexibility and possibilities. You can do so much with the product if you have the imagination. The ability to create granular content templates ensures consistency and helps writers focus on the research and words. Re-use of modular components supports single sourcing. Support is excellent and responsive. What do you dislike? We're wondering about scalability. The UI becomes cluttered very quickly when you have a number of pages that each have related ...

Kentico Cloud is a breath of fresh air
What do you like best? Modular content in rich text areas are great and are very flexible. The added bonus of being able to edit nested down content items without having to leave the parent page is great as well. The best part about the Kentico Cloud is that as a developer, I have full control of the website and its architecture and the client has full control of the content. What do you dislike? The lack of ability to customize the editor. Some times more complicated editing tools ...

A complete headless content solution
What do you like best? Kentico Cloud offers a simple and easy to use interface for content owners to do their work concurrently with website development. As a developer, I've found the API for Kentico Cloud is robust, well documented, and easy to implement. Using the offered .NET Core packages as the underlying technology has been a success and feels relatively future-proof at this time. What do you dislike? There are some instances where the content entry options are a bit limiting ...

Solid platform and a great support team
What do you like best? Support requests are answered very quickly and the team are always eager to help. Even when asking silly questions they answer patiently and comprehensively. The platform itself is very robust and easy to use. I especially like the modern interface and intuitive layout. What do you dislike? I found it difficult to create content models around our complicated product catalogue. I don't feel that this is a failing of Kentico but more of this kind of system as a ...

Rapid Development
What do you like best? The Kentico Cloud offers content, front and back end developers to work asynchronously. What this means for development is that it cuts the development time of a website down considerably. Usually, content development is the hold-up whenever a new site is being created. What do you dislike? I would prefer to have some sort of visual structure like the Kentico Document tree as the main navigation. I understand why the Kentico Cloud doesn't focus on this as many ...

Feature rich CMS with great customer service
What do you like best? Kentico cloud is continually adding features that help improve our time to delivery. The quicker we can share our content and continue to improve how are content is delivered to our customers the happier we are with our decision of going with the Kentico Cloud solution. What do you dislike? Lots of ideas to continually make my life easier within the kentico cloud CMS. Customer service has been great at communicating when feature work is being completed but I of ...

The best supported, and easiest to manage, content as a service provider.
What do you like best? The KenticoCloud platform allows me to resource developers with any background to quickly deliver web properties that can be managed by content authors and managers, without being constrained by issues like, "does this developer have WordPress plugin experience", or "does this developer have experience with OSGI and AEM". KenticoCloud's strong API allows us to use tools, technologies, and frameworks familiar to development staff while still providing a rich editing ...
