I HIGHLY recommend Keap for any…
I HIGHLY recommend Keap for any start-up business as well as an established business.I've used several other platforms and none of them have been anywhere near as powerful and flexible as Keap. There's nothing that I've wanted to do in my marketing, customer retention and tracking that I haven't been able to do with Keap.It's very user friendly and the support is fantastic!

Worst Customer service I have ever had
Worst Customer service I have ever dealt with a company in my life. The process to cancel is terrible and have to jump through every single hoop imaginable to even think about canceling. Not only that but I signed up for the software to receive specific sms automation that was never rolled out to my account for 4 months. I have been using Keap for about a…
I have been using Keap for about a month and the software itself worked and I enjoyed it. HOWEVER, apparently this company is only for super small businesses. I was unable to look at my reports past 30 days and I was unable to see who was paying me through invoicing. I was told that if I upgraded my account that I would be able to get all the reporting and information I needed. But when I upgraded to the PRO account, I STILL was not able to view any of the reports I needed. All I wanted to ...

STAY AWAY. THEY WON'T LET ME CANCEL.I paid more than $1,000 to open an account with these guys, and paid over a $100 month for about two years. The business venture which I bought for this account was wound up, and I made a polite request to cancel our subscription. DON'T USE KEAP
DON'T USE KEAPI just found out the emails that Keap is sending out on my behalf to my customers, do not function correctly. Whilst speaking to tech support they informed me that the issue has been known since January! I have been using Infusionsoft/Keap for over three years so this is a very experienced review. I have been in IT for 20+ years and have been running an online business for 10+ years. The last call to technical support was the anvil that broke the camel's back. I sell digital products for download. Very VERY disappointed.
Very VERY disappointed.1. The chat support is able to answer only very basic questions. For slightly more complicated (eg how do I identify the emails that keep bouncing, so I delete them - they waste anywhere between 20-45 minutes of your time without any solution in the end)2. I am sent bills and asked to make payments that are not according to my contract. Obviously, the amounts asked are higher than the agreed. VERY Strange. 3. I don't usually write reviews but I really wanted to make sure others don't get caught in this company. They attempt to make CRM Software, can't even manage customers. This organisation lacks direction and is honestly, completely LOST. It's obvious by their split direction of software, one named 'Keap' and another called 'Infusionsoft' and a business called 'Infusionsoft by Keap'.
