Keap is the best program

Keap is the best program. Its very robust and can do just about anything you ask it to. Hire a professional to get you up and running, then you'll be able to maintain it yourself. My team of 20 people and I use Keap every day to do a varitey of tasks. We could not live or conduct our online training business without it!

Very disappointing

Very disappointing. In all honesty, I did very little with the platform. I signed up for a year with the caveat that the contract cannot auto-renew. I always stipulate that in all agreements. Some time into the service, I emailed and called to cancel my service. Eventually, I was called and told it would cost more money to cancel than to just let the agreement expire. I said no worries. Take your business to the next level with Keap - it's worth the money!

Best automation, tracking and software application that exists that will take your company to the next level! I started with Infusionsoft by Keap three years ago as a start up company and the Keap application has helped me reach new clients and seal the deal in a way I didn't even know was possible. I even got my husband to believe in the application, he now uses it for his construction company and it's helping him and his team on many levels! I highly recommend Keap, it's worth the money!

Since I wrote the review, Keap reached out to me directly, assigned a support manager to my case and, ultimately, solved the problems. The manager assigned to the case was dedicated to understanding my objectives and to identifying the issues that were causing the problems.
