I like using Keap

I like using Keap. It provides some great automation features combined with a CRM that I haven't seen else where. I was picking between Keap and Mail Chimp, and I chose Keap because they are so helpful. It seemed like Mail Chimp would do whatever it could to not talk to me on the phone. It's been less than a month, but so far I've been really pleased with my experience.

The support we have received from the Keap Technical Support Team has been Awesome!

The support we have received from the Keap Support Team has been awesome. I really mean it! The phone has always been answered with a minimum of delay. The advice has always been given patiently and politely conveying the genuine desire to help. I wish more companies provided this level of support for their customers.

Keap is the best CRM and Email…

Keap is the best CRM and Email Autoresponder software on the market. It is literally the Ferrari in the marketplace.There is no other software that even comes close. It's closest competitor has 25 employees, Keap has 600 employees. You will not find better support or partnership than you find with Keap.

Love Keap Pro

Love Keap Pro! I can text out of the app or the login on my browser. It runs most of my business and automates me so I don't waste time. the software saves me hours ever week.

Keap just keeps getting better

Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) is company that is obviously dedicated to continual improvement. Every day it seems their CRM and Marketing Automation platform becomes more powerful, more intuitive and easier to use. I literally could not run my business without this integral tool.

The good support reps are fantastic and…

The good support reps are fantastic and support is mostly friendly and helpful but the range of experience varies a lot resulting in misinformation and wrong set up on campaigns. On complex issues I usually have to call in twice because the first person can't resolve it, or acts like they do and later I find out they were wrong.Software is complex, integrations even more so and its not that I mind the varying degree of knowledge its the time it takes to get issues resolved for our clients ...

Keap has helped my business immensely!
