The good support reps are fantastic and…

The good support reps are fantastic and support is mostly friendly and helpful but the range of experience varies a lot resulting in misinformation and wrong set up on campaigns. On complex issues I usually have to call in twice because the first person can't resolve it, or acts like they do and later I find out they were wrong.Software is complex, integrations even more so and its not that I mind the varying degree of knowledge its the time it takes to get issues resolved for our clients ...

We bought Infusionsoft 4 years ago... Disaster!!!

The company I work with bought Infusionsoft 4 years ago. For 4 hard years they have learned everything there was to learn to run a system that comes empty, in the same way as a late 80s personal computer. Storytime: The most expensive $119 Keap will ever make?

Here's my story:I created an account on Keap to sample the app as part of the free trial offered. I planned on possibly using Keap in future as a paying subscriber, but wanted to road-test it firstly. I made a note in my diary of the date to cancel my subscription before I got billed, then a few days out from reaching that first billing date I went about trying to cancel my subscription so I wouldn't be charged. SO VERY POOR

For a CRM tool, very poor, they make no effort to stay in touch.I'm trying to cancel before my Free Trial ends and their is no option to email them, in their Support page there are instructions navigate to a page to Cancel my Subscription - this page does not exist.In order to find UK contact number I had to Google search for it and of course it is only open USA hours e.g. 2pm - 3am.Having phoned the number, there is no facility to speak to anyone to cancel - you have to leave a message and ...

Would not recommend. Bad customer service

After using the product for seven years, the customer service is poor at best. non existent. They hit me with a 10 day cancellation notice just to siphon off one more payment. This 10-day notice was not in effect when I joined. Stay away. There are better options out there.

Don't use Keap/Infusionsoft - Sign up to MailerLite.

I have had an extremely unpleasant experience with Keap/Infusionsoft. I was unaware I had set up an account because the name of the person I was dealing with had the same name as another agent at another company. I never used the account - not once ! When I realised and explained the situation they refused to give me any kind of refund - even if it had been a 50% refund. If you have a lot more money than tech…

If you have a lot more money than tech sense then these are the guys to take it off you. If, on the other hand, you want a good solution at a fraction of the price, then look elsewhere. There are lots of options. Infusionsoft have a reputation for promising the earth, but there are so many horror stories that Infusionsoft do an excellent job of hiding away as they spend a lot of money on positive PR to make the truth get buried onto page 200.

Get Keap. You won't regret it.

I've tried literally DOZENS of other CRMs by now. I thought I had it made with my last one. Boy, did Keap prove me wrong! After seeing a metric ton of ads for Keap, I finally bit the bullet and gave it a trial... and within a few days, I forked over my payment info to become a paying customer. Best decision I've ever made, and I'm going to continue to use Keap to grow and scale my agency! It's THE best investment you'll EVER make in your business!
