Keap's support is truly world-class

Keap's support is truly world-class. I don't like waste time researching videos or tutorials to resolve issues when I get stuck. I prefer to pick up the phone and get it done right away. I love Keap's support. They pick up the phone, they are personal, professional and they always solve my problems. I've used support from people that are "just like Keap only better", and they were awful. Keap is great, and their customer support is stellar, that's why I've been using them for 15 years.

Infusionsoft is a really powerful CRM…

Infusionsoft is a really powerful CRM for the price. I can create sophisticated automations for lead follow up in this system that would be more complicated in others. In years past the support was sometimes spotty, but things have improved a lot in the last year or so. If the trend continues I will continue to be a happy customer.

I’m fairly new to Keap/Infusionsoft

I’m fairly new to Keap/Infusionsoft, but have been using it in my admin. role for a business owner. So far, what I like best is that the help/support is great. If the available articles on a particular issue leave me with questions, then I know that a rep. is available to help me with phone support. I still have a lot to learn about the system and all it’s capabilities, but so far I like it and think it will help my boss grow his business.

Excellent customer service 24 hours a day

I really appreciate the fact that I can can contact a real live human being 24 hours a day to help with any issues I encounter. I've chatted online with techs at 2 am on a Sunday or 10 pm on a Saturday night and have received respectful, pleasant and helpful responses. I've even had techs look up articles and send them 1-3 days after the chat or call. Now that's impressive follow up!

Infusionsoft Reps are great

Infusionsoft reps that I speak with always are professional and know most of what they are asked. I was very upset and the two reps I spoke with handled it correctly. I cannot say the same for the internal email list department.

Keap is a great product and a fantastic…

Keap is a great product and a fantastic company. I've been with them for years and wouldn't be where I am if I didn't have this software running things behind the scenes for my business.

They always go the extra mile!

Mo matter when I call Keap the person that helps me is amazing. Always will ing to go the extra mile! This time I needed to find an invoice that seemed to disappear and she worked on it until she found it! i learned something!

I like using Keap

I like using Keap. It provides some great automation features combined with a CRM that I haven't seen else where. I was picking between Keap and Mail Chimp, and I chose Keap because they are so helpful. It seemed like Mail Chimp would do whatever it could to not talk to me on the phone. It's been less than a month, but so far I've been really pleased with my experience.
