I'm 100% thrilled with the Kajabi…
I'm 100% thrilled with the Kajabi platform. It was a godsend in starting my plant-based lifestyle coaching business with all the most important tools in one place -- website, online course hosting, email, customer relationship management, sales pages, analytics... everything. Each component of the platform is world-class, and tech support is the best I've experienced. I can't recommend it highly enough.

This is the most amazing business building tool!

Too expensive for not having basic…
Too expensive for not having basic design function in creating your website. Clunky designs and you're very limited in customization and user friendliness.It houses courses well and that's it.

Kajabi has served me really well over the last 2 years and I greatly appreciate much of what it can do. Where I find it’s lacking is in user friendliness to create really beautiful sales pages. The features are limited such as sizing of images, variance of fonts, and spacing. Also I do not love the new email set up where I have to insert a “picture” section. I do love the ease of hosting my courses and adding on an immediate follow up email. And I appreciate the built in payment processor. ...

As with any SAAS you are limited as a user.When you can't work 100% with the system and you need outside solutions you are limited on what a company like Kajabi can do for you.Accepting local payments is for us a big issue.Working in multiple languages is a big issue.In dept marketing automation is not enough.Selling physical products mixed with courses would be appreciated.Step 1 is then asking Kajabi if they are willing to add the service. Nothing beats Kajabi for service
Kajabi never fail to impress me with the speed in which they respond to my emails and their support and customer experience is second to none. Nothing out there has even come close to what Kajabi provide. Highly recommend
