I signed up with a Kajabi Silver VIP…
I signed up with a Kajabi Silver VIP plan. They were incredibly helpful. All I had to do was ask and !voila! What I asked for was created, product member areas, funnels, options, automation. They have been extremely responsive. I just downgraded to a different Kajabi plan because I don’t need that much ongoing help anymore and they are still finishing one more member area that was in process. That is amazing customer service.

We are in the middle of our 1st launch…
We are in the middle of our 1st launch and switched to Kajabi just recently. We needed to urgently transfer our mailing list to Kajabi, but we were faced with limitations as to how many records could be loaded. Support suggested we send them the file securely so they would upload the credentials on our behalf. They acted really swiftly, with care and diligence. Hands down the best platform
Hands down the best platform to launch, run, and grow your course creation and coaching business. Their training and support is incredible. So thankful for this all-in-one tool that is saving me time, money, and the headache of connecting multiple tools!

For the Tech-Challenged
For someone like me who is tech-challenged, Kajabi is the place for great customer service and support! I've had many questions answered quickly through the Live Chat feature. I highly recommend Kajabi!

Just getting started and loving it
Just getting started with Kajabi and loving the experience. Fantastic online courses to help get started with easy to follow instructions and great selections of options to choose from to help grow my business. Really appreciate having a designated go-to person assigned as well. Looking forward to my first launch coming soon!

Great support overall...a few minor issues that could have been avoided. Really good interface but could use some consistency and be a little more intuitive
