Kajabi really is great
Kajabi really is great. I have seen tons of You Tube comparison (with other services) videos, and it makes me even more convinced - Kajabi is THE choice. Go with the Pros. If the blog solution was just a little bit smoother - I would have given it five stars. But Kajabi is constantly improving - so .... :- )

Kajabi is great but not an all in marketing machine they claim to be
Kajabi is great. No real problems. About to cancel my membership. Been with them for 2 years. Did over $150k in sales using their platform. Pros:Lead pagesCoursesEmail marketing system is just ok. Prior to switching to Kajabi I used…
Prior to switching to Kajabi I used other website providers so I have a lot to compare to. The support is like no other. While the customization could be a little more advanced it's highly intuitive and great for those that need a basic design.

Kajabi is still the best but....
Kajabi is still the best of its kind in the marketplace but the gap is closing fast. For all it brings to the table in terms of having email marketing, website, members site and payment portal in one place, it’s lacking in very obvious ways. - The analytics are lacking in most ways. - There has been minimal focus on gamification, member reporting and all the things that matter once clients are inside. - Email Marketing and integrations are rudimentary and if you use something like an ...

Their customer service is exceptional…
Their customer service is exceptional and they take customer feedback seriously and implement suggestions. One of my suggestions was implemented within a week of my reaching out to them. Might have been a coincidence, but it made my life a lot easier! Thank you!

I have found Kajabi to be wonderful and…
I have found Kajabi to be wonderful and the support has been terrific. I have never been made to feel stupid for asking any questions (and trust me, there have been some goofy ones.) The more I use it, the more straight forward it becomes for me. I love how polished and professional it makes all of my online work appear. I can't imagine putting all of the necessary pieces in place by myself. I recommend Kajabi to anyone I know who is thinking of making online courses etc. Thanks.

I think MOST of the platform is…
I think MOST of the platform is intuitive, and anyone who doesn't shy away from tech would have no problem. However, there are a few things I would love in terms of managing opt-ins and people who make purchases. If you have products that overlap, this can get quite confusing to figure out. There are certain elements that I like to repeat (like offering payment options in terms of paying all at once, or breaking into smaller payments) so I keep notes separately so I can look up how to do ...

Kajabi was a big step up for me as I got ready to launch my first digital business. The learning curve was greatly helped by the fantastic tech support team. They do an excellent job at handling all my questions. If I were using my previous email marketing, blog hosting, and lead generating services, I'd be spending a LOT more time trying to bring my ideas to life!
