Just the right solution for the remote cloud world
What do you like best? Supporting a mixed environment of operating systems What do you dislike? Policies still being developed but more than enough for now Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are looking to move away from onsite servers and support multiplatform environments, this is a top solution. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Multi OS management with support for radius. No longer need a ...

Jump Cloud review
What do you like best? The things I like the most about Jump Cloud is the ease of initial setup as well as the integrations it supports. It provides a more affordable alternative to Active Directory and eliminates the needs of on prem servers. What do you dislike? The MFA platform can use some improvements. Also, I would like to see more policies to be able to push out machine policies, such as backgrounds and other similar user profile items. What problems are you solving with ...

Jumpcloud. The future of user and system directory management in the cloud
What do you like best? I love how jumpcloud is simple to understand, simple to configure, has the best support in the game, and is a company with big goals that they continue to own. What do you dislike? No downsides to using it. Jumpcloud is innovating and doing something others don’t do. But if I had to critique something I would say I wish the mdm could also work with Apple business App Store accounts and push apple App Store apps and manage more things. It’s still new for ...

JumpCloud Review
What do you like best? Mac user federation. Works great! See less, easy to install with MDM. What do you dislike? The SSO is clunky and hard to use. Documentation is severely lacking and/or out of date. Customer service not very helpful unless you pay for extra tier. Recommendations to others considering the product: It’s a great product! If you’re considering for SSO highly recommend the upgraded customer service. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

JumpCloud isTHE BEST solution for always-on, cloud-based, authentication and management
What do you like best? JumpCloud works in-office and remote. As long as the System is online in some fashion (which it should be), JumpCloud works What do you dislike? More pre-built commands to try to do what GPO does in an AD environment would be great Recommendations to others considering the product: JumpCloud is a great solution. It doesn't offer the level of detail that AD+GPO does, but ask yourself how much you use GPO and before you discount JumpCloud, see if it can ...

JumpCloud has been the antidote to identity chaos
What do you like best? Management of server SSH keys, a whole library of compatible SAML integrations What do you dislike? Until recently, lack of verbose logging. Also the inability to simply "archive" a user without completely deleting the user. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Staff only need to use one password to log in. User onboarding and offboarding is easy. No more Active Directory or LDAP, which has frankly resulted ...

Leaps and bounds less complicated than AD
What do you like best? The built in command runner to remote systems, especially pair with chocolatey for windows What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to see current/last logged in users on machines that have the JumpCloud agent installed on Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it!!! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I’ve totally moved my organizations infrastructure off of AD and on to ...
