Jump Cloud review

What do you like best? The things I like the most about Jump Cloud is the ease of initial setup as well as the integrations it supports. It provides a more affordable alternative to Active Directory and eliminates the needs of on prem servers. What do you dislike? The MFA platform can use some improvements. Also, I would like to see more policies to be able to push out machine policies, such as backgrounds and other similar user profile items. What problems are you solving with ...

Every service which JC has promised to work, is working as expectedly.

Recommendations to others considering the product: Consider JumpCloud if as an Administrator wants to have a tension-free life. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? MDM solution. Pushing applications to bulk silently without any user interaction.

Jumpcloud is the tool for security 2.0

What do you like best? Jumpcloud was a shift in our software and security thinking. It took us from being a business that thought of security as a side note to a business that understood that we needed to be cybersecurity first and convenience second. We went through a rebirth of sorts and whilst it was a pain for the first week or two, now, I can't imagine not using Jumpcloud to manage our infrastructure. It is an impressive piece of technology that allows us to better understand the ...

Solid central auth platform - more then enough intergrations for almost any company

What do you like best? Single place to auth all systems - SAAS and OnPrem. Enforce policies and report against them with Insights What do you dislike? Can be a bit clunky, not always the smoothest UI What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Since source for auth - no more 22 passwords per user depending on what they need.

An excellent way to consolidate multiple sign-ins

What do you like best? The Jumpcloud interface makes it simple to grant and revoke credentials across various different services. What do you dislike? The interface loads strangely in some browsers. The system locks users out with little warning when passwords expire. User adoption can be a bear. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Jumpcloud mainly as a local identity provider, to allow us to manage MacOS users in lieu of ...

What do you dislike? Some interfaces are a little slow to load for large organisations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Directory/IAM for the organisation on multiple OS platforms (Windows & MacOS) without Active Directory involved.

Overall pretty good, Simple SSO platform

What do you like best? Simple to use, works pretty much everywhere that I need it to. What do you dislike? Linux agent is sometimes flakey, and the MacOS agent can be finicky too. It would be great to be able to add custom logos to SAML2 applications. Recommendations to others considering the product: N/A What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? SSO across our organization
