JumpCloud - Easy And Manageable
What do you like best? JumpCloud is easy to setup, and update. SSO is amazing. What do you dislike? I wish there were more DR resources to use, not that there aren’t several. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don’t delay, you’ll be happier once your users can only access resources you want them to, and they can fix their password mess ups. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Password management (offsite)

Fast, easy to use and simplifies
What do you like best? I have a busy workload and a lot of different things to look after - different queues, different jobs, hundreds of assets. Jumpcloud makes it incredibly easy to keep our assets up to date and keep our users in touch with what they need. It's also one of the first touchpoints for new users, and so far it's been a real blessing - it's easy for non-IT oriented people to understand. What do you dislike? I don't have a lot of negative things to say about Jumpcloud ...

JumpCloud removes the need for a domain; replaced AD perfectly
What do you like best? Moving to JumpCloud is like a brick and mortar store moving to online sales - it's how it should be. They make user and resource management a snap, have great support and can scale globally without heavy infrastructure costs. What do you dislike? They are still a young company and some of the tools could have a better graphical interface (for non Powershell users like myself) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

JumpCloud
What do you like best? Platform agnostic directory services. The JumpCloud agent provides extensive management capabilities for all endpoints, regardless of OS. Support for multiple tenets. What do you dislike? I would like to see a mobile app for push notification to support MFA. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Centralized directory services for a mixed platform environment (Linux, Windows, Mac). Extending secure ...

Easy to use, perfect for running a lean IT team!
What do you like best? The interface is really clean and it's easy to setup computers with user logins. I use this software for my organization of 180 and it allowed our company to grow with myself (Co-founder and CTO) to be the only IT manager. Jumpcloud has ensured that my company can work very lean which saves us a lot of money as we do not have to hire IT admins or IT consultants since the software is straight forward. What do you dislike? It doesn't automatically sync the ...

Very adaptable and quick to implement
What do you like best? SAML2.0 integrations are incredibly easy to perform, and that is still facilitated by hundreds of preset configurations for most market applications, and growing. What do you dislike? Nothing really. The product is very stable and grows continuously. JumpCloud also regularly asks its customers about wanted features and even participating in feature betas. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Practically zero ...

The software that changed the game for companies everywhere
What do you like best? What do I like best? I think the list goes on and on way too long for this. JumpCloud does everything I could think of. From LDAP, to IDP, to server authentication, to MDM and so much more. JumpCloud has helped Octane solve so many issues that I didn't even know I needed to solve. And on top of that their support team and our account manager are the absolute best. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike about JumpCloud right now is that since we have so ...

Best directory management system for today's technology
What do you like best? I love the provisioning of local accounts via the internet and how easy it is. What do you dislike?
