Good Directory as a Service

What do you like best? ease of implementation and configuration. Good UI. What do you dislike? difficult to debug in case of issues. Often false alarms. JumpCloud DaaS is a great alternative to AD!

What do you like best? For cloud-centric organizations, JumpCloud offers all the functionality we need to manage users, devices and provide single sign-on from many SAML, LDAP and RADIUS apps. A Better Domain Environment for Remote Devices

What do you like best? The ability to manage all types of devices, whether Mac, Linux or Windows. JumpCloud makes it very easy to select multiple user database authorities, such as O365, and then quickly provision users from those sources to any imported devices. I also find their built-in scripting, and the newest addition of Apple MDM, very helpful in managing devices that are remote. Excellent Active Directory, it just works!

What do you like best? We have tried many Active Directories, including Azure and Synology but none of them really worked at all. So many problems and such bad customer service. Jumpcloud just works, it does what it's meant to do and we can mange assets from one console, better still, it's all in the cloud! What do you dislike? Decent product but still needs improvement

Ability to; - manage central logins across multiple OS platforms - choose which accounts you are going to sync, i.e. if you only need to sync 25 or your 50 mailboxes to JumpCloud you can, you do not need to sync your entire email tenant What do you dislike? Great for small and medium Companies.

What do you like best? They have a extremely fast support team !! Easy implementation, with few steps you can setup the configuration. A lot of features included for a a fair price. Easy SSO integration with several built-in apps. The application support both linux, Mac OS and Windows. For startups like us this is great. What do you dislike?
