Most flexible central directory solution for enterogenous IT infrastructure

What do you like best? Multiplatform support, from Linux to MacOS. Complete visibility of authentication on all layers con company infrastructure, from WiFi to WebApps. What do you dislike? The 2 UI for administrators and users. If you are Admin and User this double login and double personality makes you bored every time you havo to switch from 2 profile. Why not have an internal "Change to admin" step into UI/UX Recommendations to others considering the product: Apply ...

Low overhead for a great directory service

What do you like best? So far, the integration of services such as Office 365, Jamf, and G Suite has saved countless hours of administrative management. Having JumpCloud as our centralized authority, and it being cloud-based, has meant we save on server maintenance and the positions it would require to do dedicate. There's also PowerShell integration which has been perfect for bulk management for users and groups. What do you dislike? There isn't anything I dislike that isn't ...

Very good user/device directory application for Windows & Macs device.

What do you like best? The application is very simple to use. Assuming you're not trying to sync an existing directory service (AD, Azure AD, etc.), creating new JC users is a breeze. I've tested out the AD to JC sync and it works as expected as well. Adding new devices, both windows and macs work without any issues. You obviously need to unbind any devices that are currently bound to an existing directory service but once that hurdle is over, another breeze to install JC onto either ...

Active Directory Engineered for the Cloud

What do you like best? JumpCloud has simplified our entire Identity Management workflow by giving us an environment that can be easily integrated with tons of different apps and services. What do you dislike? My only dislike is that the user migration process for getting everyone to JumpCloud is a bit hands on but it's very straight forward. Other than that, there really isn't anything functionally wrong that I've found. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Solid central auth platform - more then enough intergrations for almost any company

What do you like best? Single place to auth all systems - SAAS and OnPrem. Enforce policies and report against them with Insights What do you dislike? Can be a bit clunky, not always the smoothest UI What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Since source for auth - no more 22 passwords per user depending on what they need.
