Decent product but still needs improvement
What do you like best? Ability to; - manage central logins across multiple OS platforms - choose which accounts you are going to sync, i.e. if you only need to sync 25 or your 50 mailboxes to JumpCloud you can, you do not need to sync your entire email tenant What do you dislike? MSP Portal is still lacking. - SSO needs to be integrated into admin portal - Better ability to manage user creation and removal of MSP users What problems are you solving with the product? ...

Modern Directory Services.
What do you like best? I admire how JumpCloud keeps evolving and adding features, the team is always improving their product and I appreciate that. What do you dislike? I haven't fully figured out an efficient way to remove duplicate entries from our console. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Deploying across different OS platforms has been a key role that JumpCloud is filling, being able to manage role based access on OSX, ...

Great alternative to self-hosted domain, especially in a mixed environment of Mac and Windows.
What do you like best? Cross platform management of users and devices. Allows us to centralize identity. We actually have JumpCloud's LDAP connected to our Okta instance, which allows us to leverage the more robust Okta capabilities. It plays nice with G Suite, and to a slightly lesser extent, Office 365. The powershell module is well developed, as are some of the other API's. Easy to create internal apps that leverage JC capablities. Linux support is nice, but we haven't really used it ...

Excellent alternative to on premise Active Directory
What do you like best? Cloud based identity management and tools. Recent addition of password change functionality that applies the traditional windows methodology and doesn't require logging into a portal. What do you dislike? Lack of integration options for iOS or Android. Limited to LDAP only which diminishes the number of product solutions that are available for integration. Many vendors limit integration to Active Directory only and have not implemented LDAP. ...

Excellent Identity management solution
What do you like best? Simple and intuitive to use. Supports all the important features required to do enterprise identity management. Integration with many services is simple with their prebuilt SAML connectors. The documentation is top notch and provides easy to follow examples on how to management configuration=. What do you dislike? Some of the prebuilt SAML connectors could be more robust for instance, we would like to see a much more robust connector with AWS as we have ...

Directory As A Service - A lot of promise and good execution
What do you like best? JumpCloud is current the only multi-platform DaaS product that works well. Their Directory product is mature, integrates well with other services through direct integrations or the Radius feature. JumpCloud works best when it is the authoritative directory. You are able to bind Windows, Linux and macOS systems and synchronies the users password across your cloud and on-premise technology. What do you dislike? Their product development strategy is ...

Great AD for any Company
What do you like best? I love the usability and features that JumpCloud provides its admins. It has great integration and permissions controls. The fact that I can add a policy to any machine and/or user is amazing and seamless. I would HIGHLY recommend more organizations take a look at JumpCloud for their AD. What do you dislike? The customer support lacks in the response time and always provides links which are not helpful. I wish that they had a chat support feature for paying ...

User friendly packed with pre-built features and combined with a quick to respond customer support.
What do you like best? The initial concept of using Jumpcloud's DaaS sounded a bit unpredictable to us as that was our choice for cloud-based AD that we were introducing to our Org. But as we started to deep-dive into it's services more and more, we realised the great service and accessibility that it brought to the table. Using Jumpcloud as a DaaS meant that we would no longer have the problem of users having password issues as we could remotely reset the same from our end. We ...

Great Cloud directory with a very good SSO setup
What do you like best? I like the SSO setup, the insights are very helpful when it comes to inventorying or troubleshooting. Also, the policies and the commands are quite good. The group section is good as it makes life easier to administer. Radius is a great tool that makes the wifi setup more secure. MDM new feature is great and helps a lot with remote working and setting up devices. What do you dislike? I dislike that the command section to push a file to be installed on the ...
