Modern directory as a service to manage distributed teams over multiple continents

What do you like best? Ease of use and Learning curve in Jumpcloud is so easy, You can get started with simple Jumpcloud setup in just few minutes, unlike Active Directory. Apart from just a directory as a service its truly amazing a single sign-on solution that covers almost all the modern and legacy integrations like Jira, Git, LDAP, Google, Slack, Newrelic, Jenkins(LDAP), Grafana(LDAP) just to name a few. What do you dislike? In general, there is nothing huge to dislike about ...

What do you like best? Support right through the demo to the purchase, to the implementation. Success criteria are agreed between yourselves and them. They're improving the product almost daily and have the ability to use web-hooks to monitor service status' The ease in which you are able to integrate Gsuite (as well as multiple ways to import users from your existing central directory) It also gives you the ability to tailor the input for mass imports to limit the need to get ...

JumpCloud DaaS is a great alternative to AD!

What do you like best? For cloud-centric organizations, JumpCloud offers all the functionality we need to manage users, devices and provide single sign-on from many SAML, LDAP and RADIUS apps. What do you dislike? Built-in MFA could be easier to use. Currently it uses TOTP, would like it to use a push-notification app like Microsoft Authenticator (without having to pay for additional licensing, like Duo.) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

A Better Domain Environment for Remote Devices

What do you like best? The ability to manage all types of devices, whether Mac, Linux or Windows. JumpCloud makes it very easy to select multiple user database authorities, such as O365, and then quickly provision users from those sources to any imported devices. I also find their built-in scripting, and the newest addition of Apple MDM, very helpful in managing devices that are remote. It takes some of the burden off of any RMM tools you may be using and places that work right at your ...

Excellent Active Directory, it just works!

What do you like best? We have tried many Active Directories, including Azure and Synology but none of them really worked at all. So many problems and such bad customer service. Jumpcloud just works, it does what it's meant to do and we can mange assets from one console, better still, it's all in the cloud! What do you dislike? Lack of detail on system assets, no MAC addresses etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Jumpcloud is a great tool for managing all the users

What do you like best? I like to have one place to manage all the users in my company and don't need to manage that infrastructure What do you dislike? We need more documentation about integrations and how to add more services there. We recently purchased a Sophos gateway and we don't have a manual about how to do that integration Recommendations to others considering the product: Jumpcloud is a great tool to manage users, we need more documentation and help to add more ...
