Simple Cloud User Federation
What do you like best? JumpCloud makes replacing user directories simple and efficient. Set them up in one place and then enable and share credentials across multiple platforms. What do you dislike? While JumpCloud has done a good job of solving for some of the more common needs, there is room for growth in the services JumpCloud integrates with. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We’ve been completely removing on-prem Active ...

Jumpcloud
What do you like best? One of the best things we like about Jumpcloud is its ease of deployment and use. We also really like the command function of Jumpcloud. We were able to use commands to uninstall our old antivirus and deploy a new one. Something that was more challenging in Active Directory. What do you dislike? The one gripe we have about Jumpcloud is it cost is a bit expensive. But we find it is worth it! Recommendations to others considering the product: My ...

Excellent Desktop Client Experience
What do you like best? JumpCloud has allowed us to utilize directory management, desktop policy enforcement and SSO without the need for Active Directory. This has allowed us to further our security implementation initiatives and streamlined our IT workflows such as new user onboarding and access requests. What do you dislike? I wish there were more SSO + provisioning applications available. I would also like to see generic login/Site shortcuts available in the Applications page. ...

Great for small and medium sized businesses.
What do you like best? Central control from anywhere is key for me. I manage a number of small and medium business networks in town as a part of my business. Having to constantly travel to those locations to work with the domain is not always convenient. After the migrating my first client and having a great result, I've looked to move the rest when it was time to upgrade their domain controller server. What do you dislike? At this point I would like to see tighter integration with ...

AD as a Service done easy
What do you like best? Jumpcloud enables managing Windows, Mac OS and Linux on our domain easily and with a single agent install What do you dislike? there are still some things that are not intuitive, and some bugs that need to be worked out (a known issue with chromium driver for example) but whenever I've contacted Jumpcloud support they are working on fixing them. Recommendations to others considering the product: just do it, it will make your life easier for day to day ...

A lot of great features with room to grow
What do you like best? Easy and clear configuration of users, systems, and services. Lots of directory tie-ins. Lots of SAML applications supported. It's made knowing who is on which computer and adding new/temp users to computers much easier. What do you dislike? Hard to manage on mobile devices if you need to make changes away from the office. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Asset management via user per computer, policy ...

Easiest 802.1X and RADIUS VPN integration I've ever done
What do you like best? Jumpcloud's extensive RADIUS support for network infrastructure! We already know of its strengths as a Single Sign On system, and this can be easily extended to network devices which only speak RADIUS - the most common case being WiFi followed by VPN, both essentials to the modern professional. What do you dislike? This is the most minor of 'drawbacks' but each individual device has to be whitelisted under a RADIUS server entry, and I call it minor because ...
