Great product and Great Support

What do you like best? We have a numebr of small customers who really benefit from having a directory service. What do you dislike? We have not found any downsides right now. Recommendations to others considering the product: Test it first to make sure it does what you want it to do. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to quickly add and remove employees and assert password policies for our smaller clients.

What do you like best? Jumpcloud access to many applications that we use What do you dislike? None. Like all most all functionality in the applications. Recommendations to others considering the product: Excellent application can use single password for all the applications and plugin available for many popular application. Simple and Intuitive

What do you like best? I have used Okta and Centrify and JumpCloud removes all the complexity and offers the basic authentication methods i needs. JC is always updating new features and has been solid for us. What do you dislike? I dont have any dislikes at the moment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using JC for authenticating SaaS and platforms to our domain controller. One source of truth for everything.

one app to rule them all

What do you like best? While JumpCloud is a web based LDAP they also have a lite system manager, and SAML, thus for a company like ours (mostly BYoD) it offers three solutions for a smaller price than one What do you dislike? wish the system manager was more robust and had some MDM features What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? SAML, system management, LDAP, etc.

Best decision ever made

What do you like best? All cloud based and easy to use software. What do you dislike? I haven’t found anything I’ve dislikes yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Get rid of Acive directory and servers.

Great, new interface is better than before

What do you like best? LDAP as a service is great for controlling ssh access in our infrastructure. We use it to centrally control logins to our environments. What do you dislike? Sometimes LDAP is a little flaky and we get some weird connection errors on and off. We get around this with sssd cache but it is slightly annoying. Great alternative to Active Directory!

What do you like best? It is very easy to manage JumpCloud without jumping through a bunch of hoops What do you dislike? I would like it to have some more functionality to manage end user PCs and for billing to be a bit better. Great onboardind, excellent documentation

What do you like best? The ability to provide GPO type policies to MAC and Linux machines, integration with third party applications. What do you dislike? I really cannot think of any right now.. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Directory as a service, SSO for third party apps.

Jumpcloud to the Rescue

Going fully cloud with Jumpcloud

What do you like best? Centralized management of our user-base as well as other services they rely on. What do you dislike? We have had some random issues where systems would go into a tail spin and constantly lockout users requiring onsite administrator access.
