Easy To Use
What do you like best? Jumpcloud shines in its ease of use. You are able to easily deploy and control from the admin center. What do you dislike? When we were first setting up Jumpcloud, one of our admin users were unable to sign in as admin, and it took support nearly a week to get back to us. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cloud based AD... nothing else to say here, JumpCloud eliminates a large amount of the work involved ...

Outstanding support and available live and online assistance!
What do you like best? A single solution to account creation and deactivation across all SSO, SAML, or LDAP connected services. What do you dislike? We had a rae and short (2 hour) outage on internet due to off site equipment failure from our ISP. We quickly found out that our LDAP connections to our local legacy services failed without the JumpCloud authentication. Recommendations to others considering the product: Research all of the cost of other services. I found that ...
