What do you like best? JumpCloud is an amazing online active directory, giving full group policy control for all my devices. I don't need to sign in via VPN to access my network and make a change, I can literally do it from anywhere that has a stable internet connection. Simple and Intuitive

What do you like best? I have used Okta and Centrify and JumpCloud removes all the complexity and offers the basic authentication methods i needs. JC is always updating new features and has been solid for us. What do you dislike? I dont have any dislikes at the moment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using JC for authenticating SaaS and platforms to our domain controller. One source of truth for everything.

Recommendations to others considering the product: Excellent application can use single password for all the applications and plugin available for many popular application. Great product and Great Support

What do you like best? We have a numebr of small customers who really benefit from having a directory service. What do you dislike? We have not found any downsides right now. Recommendations to others considering the product: Test it first to make sure it does what you want it to do. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to quickly add and remove employees and assert password policies for our smaller clients.

Outstanding support and available live and online assistance!

What do you like best? A single solution to account creation and deactivation across all SSO, SAML, or LDAP connected services. What do you dislike? We had a rae and short (2 hour) outage on internet due to off site equipment failure from our ISP. We quickly found out that our LDAP connections to our local legacy services failed without the JumpCloud authentication. What do you like best? Jumpcloud shines in its ease of use. You are able to easily deploy and control from the admin center. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Jumpcloud can be the central hub for you entire organization whether you are on Linux windows Mac or all. Very useful

What do you like best? I enjoyed the freeness for testing purposes. I can see where it would be useful for business, to support their users and applications. What do you dislike? It worked well and I even got support for free, can't complain. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It worked well testing shibboleth logins and passing attributes.
