What do you like best? Easy to setup and roll out across the org. Cross plat form/OS support is great. Super easy for our admins to manage. What do you dislike? I think JumpCloud is a must have for any size business.

What do you like best? I like how easy and straight forward the user interface is. It also solves many problems that business struggle to find solutions to all in one solution. The solution makes sense for mixed environments with PCs and MACs

What do you like best? Learning curve for our support staff. Easy to adopt and maintain. Also minimal disruption for users. The main problem was having an easy solution to secure and centralise the authentication of our Macs. Implementing 2fa is also a great help. What do you dislike? Excellent manage solution and ease of Use.

What do you like best? I like know simple is to connect the computer in the Jumpcloud system, excellent integration with SSO Google and Active Directory the first Directory-as-as-Service, Adding application made it simpler for the IT department to be able to help the users when they need it remotely adding splashtop have been an excellent help . The Solution we have been searching for

What do you like best? Ease of use, cloud based, new features and services. What do you dislike? The only down side that we have found is being able to package the agent withe organization code embedded. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have converted businesses from an on-prem AD service, to a 100% cloud based directory in a matter of minutes.

What do you like best? Being able to manage Apple devices and login without being bound to a domain What do you dislike? There were some feature for user logins that we didn’t really like. Being able to remotely change passwords and being able to encrypt drives like bitlocker would be nice too. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? How simple the UI is. Everything is laid out nicely and easy to find. What do you dislike? The only thing I could recommend is making the admin console a little more mobile-device friendly so when you’re on the go and need to do an unlock for a user, it is efficient. What do you like best? I like that I was able to eliminate our AD server. Technical support is outstanding. What do you dislike? Maybe the color scheme on the JumpCloud website. Nothing significant.
