The solution makes sense for mixed environments with PCs and MACs

What do you like best? Learning curve for our support staff. Easy to adopt and maintain. Also minimal disruption for users. The main problem was having an easy solution to secure and centralise the authentication of our Macs. Implementing 2fa is also a great help. What do you dislike? Billing in currencies other than USD would be really helpful in reselling the product. We resell in AUD and the fluctuation in the dollar can hurt us at times. Recommendations to others ...

Your total IT service provider of access management and device management in the cloud

What do you like best? The simplicity and support from JumpCloud What do you dislike? As a first timer it takes too long to know who Jumpcloud actually was. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to deploy standard access management best practice policies. Better desktop management of resources such as knowing basic system health and deploying automated scripts for maintenance or patches. Easy to deploy new apps. ...

Cybersecurity Analyst/System Administrator

What do you like best? Being able to manage Apple devices and login without being bound to a domain What do you dislike? There were some feature for user logins that we didn’t really like. Being able to remotely change passwords and being able to encrypt drives like bitlocker would be nice too. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Currently none that we are able to solve with other management software

Great interface, rapid deployment, easy to use.

What do you like best? The interface and the ease of deployment What do you dislike? Needs better reporting and logging functionality. Could do with Oauth supprt. Recommendations to others considering the product: Go for it. You'll be surprised at how quickly and easily you can deploy it and get central management for your whole team. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Centralised user management of all our Linux, Mac ...

JumpCloud Review

What do you like best? That I can use SSO, MDM, LDAP, RADIUS, and patching all from one place. Also the interface is very intuitive and easy to use. Lastly, System and Directory Insights is a data gold mine that have very useful analytics. What do you dislike? My only complaints thus far are that there is no Gov Cloud instance for organization who need FedRAMP certifications. Also, it would be nice to have a way for JumpCloud to manage folder sharing permissions at the ...

JumpCloud for a transitioning business

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to add an existing computer to your domain. The installer is very small and minimal guidance is needed. What do you dislike? I don't like how some of the features of a full-fledged Windows AD are missing, but AD and JC are catering to different audiences. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are looking for a lightweight, but powerful AD, then JumpCloud is a good choice. What problems are you solving with ...

Try JumpCloud it's really a time saver

What do you like best? Honestly, deploying JumpCloud is really easy. Once you try, you start to realize you can unify all those logins into one system. You keep your users protected and you have an handle on all the services your company is using. What do you dislike? It's a little bit expensive per user but in the long run, it will save you money. Recommendations to others considering the product: Honestly, try it if you are looking for SSO system that works on Linux, Mac ...
