Very positive and developing with good relationships
What do you like best? The scalability, the easy of use and the attention to development from the team. New features re quite promising. The breadth is growing and i can affect the future of the releases by providing feedback and at the same time get updates. Very good communication with the account managers. The rollout was easy and the fact that it is secure and backed by a ever growing team. The tool is very compatible with Gsuite products and gets more and more support for others. ...

The best all in one System Administrator's tool
What do you like best? Having all the administration services in one place is the best part of JumpCloud. It is Cloud Users Directory, MDM, Systems management, remote control using scripts and policies, RADIUS, LDAP etc. Their latest feature Systems Insight is a great addition to the tools, which allows Administrators to get all the specs and data of the machines right from the Administrator Portal. They also released Powershell module to have even better control over the whole ...

A truly game-changing company!
What do you like best? HIPAA Compliance is a must for our organization. Jumpcloud provided that to us in the easiest way possible. Having the ability to add updates and policies to all machines without investing thousands of dollars in equipment destined to degrade over time is cost-effective and seamless. Utilizing Jumpcloud is quick and easy, even for technicians that have ZERO experience with such a product. It has increased our productivity ten-fold. What do you dislike? ...

It has awesome features to control endpoint, SSO, Radius, SAML, and very user friendly
What do you like best? Users and Groups management and effectively centralized control. What do you dislike? There is no reporting feature available. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sometimes we are getting the error, the systems are not reporting in JC admin portal, Key is not accepting. It is not seamless. With Vcnenter we are unable to do SMAL integration !!

Easy to trial, and good communication from Support
What do you like best? The free <=10-user tier makes it very easy to try integrations and options on a case-by-case basis, and to carry out Proof of Concept trials. What do you dislike? I cannot see any way to brand the login page or dashboard that my users encounter. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are looking for a central directory that allows us to unify the onboarding/offboarding of users across our various cloud ...

JumpCloud Delivers - But Make Sure Someone Technically Strong is Implementing
What do you like best? Jumpcloud fills the gaps for our small business clients - too small for a large Windows domain environment but too big to just go without proper user management tied to an LDAP. Especially when you add in the SSO options with Office365 and other platforms. The policies for systems is a decent Windows Group Policy replacement, and critical for small companies without Windows domain but nevertheless want to have Group Policy like control over their workstations. ...

Using Jumpcloud to connect G Suite accounts, Windows 10 computers and O365 without Active Directory
What do you like best? Easy to provision users to G Suite, Windows (and other) laptops, O365 etc. Also using Policies and Commands to manage Windows computers. Simple agent installation to Windows laptops. No other software installations needed. Easy to use so we have multiple "Administrators" and HR is able to provision users without IT departments help. What do you dislike? There is no functionality to upload or download CSV files of users or computers in GUI. Windows agent ...

Excellent Active Directory alternative
What do you like best? No on premise equipment to maintain. Multiple "servers" in one (RADIUS, credential mgmt, etc). What do you dislike? It would be nice to have a better formatted web version for mobile devices. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Able to setup a RADIUS wifi network, MFA logon for Windows laptops, and VPN access. Simplifies credential mgmt by having a single authority.

Cloud Directory for Startups
What do you like best? We are currently using JumpCloud to centralise access and manage devices like laptops in a remote setting. It support lot of things that a startup requires. Things are designed keeping small and multitasking teams at startup in mind. Huge set of integration that are already supported. LDAP and Radius are generally some of the critical and complicated setups to manage. JumpCloud has provided easy setup for those with worrying much about mis-configuration. They have ...

Jumpcloud as MDM
What do you like best? Ease of use, rather clean UI, good onboarding, pre-configured policies. This makes MDM rather easy and all necessary info is gathered within 1 place (e.g. encryption status of the device, which was an absolute necessity). For WIndows users the change of passwords is really easy with the well known ctrl-alt-del command. What do you dislike? Not always great while installing the client or synchronization between Jumpcloud and IdP. Some policies are missing or ...
