What do you like best about Journey? Journey doesn't gouge out your wallet. As a small business with limited capital, we appreciate Journey's platform allowing us to send pitch decks, presentations, and other correspondence to clients for free. What do you dislike about Journey? Links in PDF documents aren't clickable from our experience. This isn't the end of the world, but it would be a nice feature to work on. What do you like best about Journey? The ability to easily upload files of all kinds into one place - we had websites, videos and PDFs which could all be shown together. What do you dislike about Journey? There are some pages that might freeze when trying to edit. It also missed on some of my attempts to add a notion page to it. What do you like best about Journey? Journey's design! The whole UX is fire. My presentations look greart. And their pricing is fantastic, and they have all these lovely integrations. It's magic. What do you dislike about Journey? Nothing. Journey is a 10/10 product. No complaints. What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Journey? I like being able to track document distribution and consumption. Feedback is hard to get in the early stages of the sales process. Journey allows experimentation while monitoring the results, especially if you have a lot of personalization. What do you dislike about Journey? We wish that there was a better master whitelisting function. What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you?
