"Most useful GTM tool I found in 2023"

What do you like best about Journey? If you have a hybrid PLG - PLS (aka sales assisted) motion, and if you are selling a product that's ~$60K per year you need to have this, because you need to educate the buyer and the buying committee:a landing and a pricing page will NOT be enough. I like Journey because it's really use to use, it makes the experience personalized and interactive and also integrates w/other tools we are already using like Loom, Hubspot etc. -- I mainly use it for ...

As a small business with limited capital, we appreciate Journey's platform allowing us to send pitch decks, presentations, and other correspondence to clients for free. What do you dislike about Journey? Links in PDF documents aren't clickable from our experience. This isn't the end of the world, but it would be a nice feature to work on. Also, it'd be great if we could send direct links to presentations, similar to ...

What do you like best about Journey? I love the fact that I'm able to create custom experiences for my clients with ease. The ability to track what people are engaging with, who's viewing things, etc., is also incredible. What do you dislike about Journey? Just a small thing that they're currently working on - There is no way to edit or crop videos through Journey. What do you like best about Journey? Journey allows us to aggregate links and mediums into one, cohesive platform. What do you dislike about Journey? It would be great if we didn't have to upload every document as a PDF - we use pitch as our slide deck platform so it would be preferable to link directly to the slides.
