What do you like best about Journey? Journey has a simplicity to it. I prefer using it to alternatives like dropsend, because it feels better. Almost like having an ongoing conversation with prospect. What do you dislike about Journey? I never really have a downside that lasts very long. The team seems to be constantly updating the product. Not much -- would love to better customize the look and feel of things but I believe its on their roadmap. What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you? Sending high-volume / impactful information in a digestible manner.

Nothing I can honestly find out yet, but I will be sure to let you know. What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you? Personalization is my main use case when sending out email and LinkedIn blasts.

What do you like best about Journey? I love being able to bring in arcades. It's like a story format of product tours. As a CS leader, making training easy is key and Journey helps! What do you dislike about Journey? There are still some bugs to get worked out on formating and content saving, but overall great. What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you? Intuitive trainings!
