What do you like best about Journey? Love the analytics provided + the flexibility of embedding other modules! What do you dislike about Journey? Not much -- would love to better customize the look and feel of things but I believe its on their roadmap. What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you? Sending high-volume / impactful information in a digestible manner.

What do you like best about Journey? As a branding agency, Journey's great for showcasing work to future clients. The ability to embed websites into the journey makes reviewing documents frictionless for the client, allowing them to look over additional work without opening multiple links. The analytics provided also allow us to understand the client's path through each journey and adjust accordingly. What do you like best about Journey? It is easy to use and an excellent tool for personalization in emails and LinkedIn campaigns. What do you dislike about Journey? Nothing I can honestly find out yet, but I will be sure to let you know. What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you? Personalization is my main use case when sending out email and LinkedIn blasts.

What do you like best about Journey? I love being able to bring in arcades. It's like a story format of product tours. As a CS leader, making training easy is key and Journey helps! What do you dislike about Journey? There are still some bugs to get worked out on formating and content saving, but overall great. What problems is Journey solving and how is that benefiting you? Intuitive trainings!
