Support issues completely unresolved
Support issues completely unresolved. We've been using jotforms with pretty good success for over a year, but the software has bugs that are inexcusable (we aren't getting email notifications on forms submitted!) that you would think support would actually take the time to address them. Unfortunately, it's been 3+ weeks and numerous emails (only way to get a hold of them) that I've submitted with the response "we will reach out to our developer". JotForm is AMAZING!
Amazing for creating free online forms! It has a wide variety of options to choose from, and you can completely customize it to fit your needs (looks and information-wise)! I am very pleased with this service. It is free, and very affordable if you'd like to upgrade your plan. I highly recommend checking it out! I am not at all disappointed with any of its features. Thank you JotFormf for making it so easy to create these forms.

Very good form builder.
Very good form builder. I managed to build customized form easy and it can print report and details of analysis. I like the email notification, the features and efficiency. If can add more dependent checklist should be great

Good for forms but NOT for processing payments.
This 1 star might be a tad unfair but that's exactly how I would rate their customer service and that's what I believe Trust Pilot is for. The actual product is a 3/4 star IMO. Have always loved Jotform's capabilities and features but hate their lack of support. Support is there but it is completely insensitive and they just don't care about you when things go wrong. We had been taking payments via Jotform and had taken over £100000 but yesterday an issue with the forms during one of our ...

Jorform makes it easy to design and publish forms
I have been using the free version of Jotform for a number of years now. I have found it very straightforward to design and publish forms and the free allocation of 100 submissions per month normally suits my needs perfectly. Some recent changes to be able to save .pdf versions of submissions have made my life easier. I am happy to recommend Joyform to anyone.
