Jotform is the best
Jotform is the best, i was able to immediately get my entire department on board using forms when our other software crashed and lost all data jptform backs up every single letter it is amazing what i was able to do in just a day. I love jotform.

Just can't trust them.
Great: Product. Features. Unacceptable: Support Lack of accurate policies/terms and conditions My account was blocked due to something that wasn't in their Terms & Conditions and took 3 emails and 2 weeks to get a reply. If this is how they treat customers, then I can't trust them.

Great product but rubbish support
Great product but rubbish support. Been waiting 9 weeks now in total for them to fix a widget with a known problem. 1st time took them a month. Second time now been waiting 5 weeks. Total of 9 weeks down time not being able to use the form.

I started using Jotform late last year for a project that was needed as soon as possible and we were short on cash, the free version worked for us very well, gave us almost no restrictions just limited but we have almost everything needed. Great Logic conditions, Amount of submission on the free package, great integrations. Truth is I would recommend JotForm to anyone who is a starter with a very low or close to no budget, non-IT Specialist. It's really one of the few great platforms I've ...

Complex and easy forms are all a doddle!
I am not an IT expert but have managed to produce complex as well as basic forms that work well. Support and payment are straightforward, happy with this company.
