Intuitive and good support!

Very intuitive interface where no coding or programming experience is needed. Links to all other major platforms so you can easily port data from their forms to other apps such as google drive/sheets/onedrive etc. Also very good and fast support when needed!

Spent days searching for survey company that has all features like JotForm with similar price. JotForm has it all.

Shameful customer relations

"Please upgrade your account within the next business day or your forms will be disabled." Today Jotform send me an e-mail: 1. they say unilaterally that I've "exceeded the number of form views for your account" but do not attach any kind of report. 2. they give me ONE day to upgrade my account or my form will be disabled. A great example of shameful customer relations.

Great for E-Commerce & Contact Forms

I use Jotform as the backbone of our business for e-commerce and contact forms. Doing this means all payment and private information is passed through Jotform and Square and not our website. I like the Jotform app and notifications, this saves relying on emails for form entries and is way more reliable. We've managed to create a fairly complex e-commerce form that gives us what we need. Poor Customer Support

Poor Customer Support,We don't have any access to our account for last 10 days. They don't have any phone number,After 6 hours, I got a reply to my email saying My bank disputed the payment!! Contacted the bank,They don't have any dispute. I sent a email yesterday, 19 hours gone still no reply from them.
