Pretty good, specially free plan

It is a pretty good option, specially the fee plan for small business or persons who just need a quick form, easy to build and with lots of options, from conditional answers to integration with payments. Support is given by email and pretty quick.

JOTFORM. DISGUSTING COMPANY

I am not trying to build a form. I found a place where they can deliver some groceries to my mum (all supermarkets are fully booked for 3 weeks). Processing my mum's address and JotForm popped up and wouldn't let me progress until I joined their "club". MY MUM'S GROCERY DELIVERY IS TIME CRITICAL AND THIS CRAP COMPANY ARE STOPPING MY MUM GETTING A GROCERY DELIVERY! Can't phone them as they don't provide a phone number.

Thanks to Jotform, i was able to create online questionnaires for our rescue group with the help of a colleague. Few bugs here and there but overall quite happy with it. Very convenient and userfriendly!

I AM FURIOUS

I AM FURIOUS. I spent a half a day working on a PDF for my client. I was almost finished when BOOM kicked out and account suspended. For what you may ask? Well apparently I was not allowed to make a credit card authorization PDF. So they suspended my account. Then hours later when the unsuspended it, I went back into the form and they DELETED EVERYTHING. All that work GONE. This company is awful.

Jotform is HORRIBLE

Jotform is HORRIBLE. Sure, you can design you report to the best of your abilities with all the bells and whistles. But don't waste your time. After you go through the trouble of making your documents look beautiful, you go to print a PDF version and your report is completely different from the original design. Pictures are in the wrong place, cut in half, sections of text are missing. Then you go to customer support for help, BUT they only have support over email, no telephone support. You ...

Intuitive, functional and elegant.

I used Jotform to create an RSVP form for wedding invitations - a simple requirement which was very easy to design and implement. The form-builder is intuitive and has full customisation options with CSS if the basic design aren't sufficient. Overall I'm very satisfied with the look, usability and functionality of Jotform.
