Impressive and very easy to use with powerful widgets and flexibility.

I am using the free version which does everything I need so far but I do plan to move to the paid version when my needs dictate. I use this as a surveying tool. I have created my forms which I complete on android submit them and hey presto email PDF forms to my clients. IOS seems not to work so well but I think that is not the fault of Jotform. having tried various platform options, I was delighted to have come across Jotform as a solution. the interface and form builder is easy to understand and use. the conditional logic options makes it very customizable and prevents long forms. I also like the added advantage of linking it to an existing form, which means you can have people switch over from paper to digital very easily. I got a phony bill for a video game from the "app store" but it was really just a filled-in form from who knows using jotform. Beware.

Lousy

All my client submission are suddenly gone, and I have lost bookings because of a glitch!! Customer service is useless. They say I myself have configurated auto delete, so every submission is being deleted as soon as they come in. First of all, I don’t even know how to do that, since apparently it’s not just something you can do “by accident” by clicking on something. They can't setup my account - Over a month now

Have been trying for over a month go get an account setup with JotForm through SHI International. Get no response from JotForm, have to hound them and finally weeks later get and email that someone will reach out to me but no one does. The capabilities look pretty good but unfortunately the operations and support can't be trusted.

Poor support from JotForm!

I went to upgrade an account that I have and saw the price menu. Then I said let me go into settings and update a few things. I went back to upgrade and the prices tripled. I sent a message in Facebook messenger before I wrote a review to see if they can help me. The admin basically said, too bad so sad. "We don't offer that anymore". I’m shocked that you are cancelling my account today with 0 warning ! As I have gone over the 10 paid subscribers ! You are dishonest , there was no information about this prior to signing up AND you are telling today via email on the day , leaving me with no time to find another solution !
