Easy to use and so many options to choose from!

Sigh...I wish I could give it 5 stars because I need JotForm to be 5 stars worthy

I've been using JotForm for well over a year now and even paid for the annual sub. In theory it's a good idea but I have continual problems and extremely limited tech support - email only and then wait, wait, wait. Form changes won't stick and I end up with very frustrated clients. Tech support is basically non-existent beyond the support of a community forum which is hit or miss - not helpful when you are trying to quickly problem solve. Integrations don't work well. UI is great, when it works, jotforms is great. But, they are not reliable, not dependable - forms go down and stop functioning on a regular basis - support is lacking... Actually, support sucks. If my forms aren't reliable - I want to know why, I want to know if its something I did wrong, or if there is a problem server-side. I constantly have clients and employees pissed at me because they are in the field and they have become accustomed to these forms being totally unreliable. I wish I ...

Excellent service even on the free package.

I have been using google forms previously but Jotform knocks spots off it in terms of ease of use, building bespoke forms and being able to get customers using. I have recently started to use Jotform's for my work so that customers can book slots in our gym at Heber Leisure, it has proved to be just as easy and a good substitute for the often expensive paid for platforms out there. Give it a try!

Intuitive, intelligent forms + amazing support.

I have used JotForm.com since 2011. The interface is so intuitive and simple to use, yet you can create some really cool and complex forms. The support is also very responsive and knowledgable. I would recommend JotForm to anyone looking to build attractive and intelligent forms in rapid speed.

Help Desk Ticket Form

The product is easy to configure, has form analytics among other functions for administrators and solved the IT IT support problem in our company. It's integration with other services was essential for us to be able to create a help desk form and receive the user's request via Trello. The IT help desk team has become more productive with this tool.

Fantastic Platform

After using different platforms i came across Jotform and have used it every since, the ease of use and simplicity to set up and create online forms is great. Being able to link payment platforms and the form creator has made running events for our club an easy process. Would recommend to anyone
