Great builder form!

It is very easy to use. It has a lot of widgets, including drawing tools. I strongly recommend it. There is only 100 free submissions for month.

J'ai perdu plus d'une centaine de ventes à cause d'un bug qui bloquait le transfer d'informations sur l'établissement bancaire (après un échec, les clients ne réessaient pas plus tard). En faisant des modifications sur un formulaire, pleins d'informations (photos, catégories et sélecteur de quantité) ont disparues ! Bref, aucune fiabilité.

Beautiful, simple form builder for the newb, for free.

I've been using JotForm now for about 2 months and overall the experience has been good. From a newbs perspective there are loads of simple ways to make a really good looking form. It would be good to be able to live chat or speak with someone but the support form is simple and I've never waited more than 12hrs for a response. Not good enough, Jotform. Not good enough.

When it works it's good. But it should be, as I'm paying for it. However, more often than not, it does not work - it's glichy. Your submissions disappear, you don't receive email submissions, you miss customers because you don't receive the emails. Changes you make and save are not implemented and you spend your time thinking you're insane because you DEFINITELY remember updating/amending as per the request of your coworker but lo and behold they're not there. We really want to like Jotfom, but...

We really want to like Jotfom, but they don't make it easy. In theory it's a great product. But as others are saying; it is buggy, unreliable, and tech support SUCKS. They may respond, but typically the response solves little to nothing, or isn't even applicable to the current version. Very frustrating. Be warned: think twice before putting your resources into developing these jotforms, it may come back to haunt you.
