I've been a longtime user of JotForm and I have always appreciated the responsiveness of their Support people. Questions are answered quickly and with links to helpful tutorials.

I had a very complicated setup needed…
I had a very complicated setup needed for a form. Their online support forum responded quickly with detailed information. I've used Jotform for years and have found this to be typical of their support. That, combined with robust features, makes me a firm supporter of the software. Well done!

Their customer service is a joke!
I have been using Jotform for years and have liked them overall. I recently updated a contract that I use for my Independent Contractors and went to edit it in the system. I added another location for my business last year and had to create a form for that, and somehow created a new folder for both locations that is called "shared with me." I am not able to edit the forms in this folder and have emailed Jotform numerous times asking for them to help me resolve this issue. They responded to ...

GDPR BREACH
The university sent a form out using this platform. The form was not valid and the only way to access it was to create an account. Despite not wanting this, it auto created an account. Disgraceful. I then went to delete the account and it told me my password was invalid. I then changed the password, it told me it was still invalid. I did this 3 times and it still did not work. I decided to submit a question to them. The service then published my question, along with my email address as part ...

We are a medical group. If someone puts in a password and locks it when we have patients coming in ever second of the day, they dont care no support no one cares!

I am using JotForms now over 3 months
I am using JotForms now over 3 months. It is easy out of box online form - ready to be implemented. I like many features such as Editing of Thank you page, Submission date deadline including time, unique submissions. Also, widgets are handy too. Monthly, there is 5 forms and 100 submissions allowed - all for free/ starter's pack and is enough for small organization. I have also referred my friend and he is loving it.

Wonderful company
Wonderful company, they really make it easy to build forms my startup. Free service that provides alot of value. I will be upgrading my account in the future. Very satisfied customer.

great service with easy way to make very easy to understand forms for all needs and purpuses. would like to see cheaper options but the free version still gives a sizeble work option
