I use Jotform because of it's reliability and ease of use
I've been using Jotform for many years setting up dozens and dozens of different forms for a variety of reasons and it's always worked really well for me. I started using it because my website forms were not reaching their destinations because of spam filters and other issues. Jotform is so reliable I use it for tech support and contact forms, payment processing, registration for events and much more. It's never failed me.

Can I give zero ⭐s? Negative 5 ⭐s?
I'm now getting angry emails from customers threatening to cancel their subscriptions to my business due to Jotform's product not working correctly and their complete lack of customer service. If you value your customers, avoid these guys. They are a disaster. Now I'm being told "we're escalating the issue to our engineers" - apparently jotform thinks that simply fixing its broken software is the same thing as providing customer service. What a disappointing company.

Really Bad Programming, Unreliable Service
Bad Programming - it used to be ok but nothing is working at the moment and there's no support! I have a bunch of forms live with clients and they're not working and it takes hours for someone to get back to me and they don't actually read what I've written or look at my form to analyse the problem. The JotForm user interface is really…
The JotForm user interface is really simple and user friendly. Although certain features and customizations are limited but their customer service are there to help. Whenever I have reached them through forums, or chat, their responses have been astonishingly fast.

JotForm is an excellent form maker
JotForm is an excellent form maker that we enjoy using as a school. There are some limitations however that we would like you as JotForm to work on. The first issue is the right alignment when arabic language is used. We feel that using css alone to right align forms is not sufficient , because the labels on the form controls are not in Arabic nor they are right aligned when Arabic is written in them. Kudos Jotform!
Jotform is very easy to use. It is very much useful right now, especially to schools, because of distance learning. It's also nice that education institutions have 50% discount. Thank you Jotform!
