Jotform Has Changed My Life Forever!

Jotform has transformed my life completely! As a YouTube celebrity (Big Man Tyrone), I was looking for a platform to offer my services and make extra income. I started offering my video services on a platform that took 20% from my sales and paid me after 3 weeks. Fed up with their hassle, I abandoned them and set up a simple webform using Jotform and added my PayPal. Over the years, I have made a steady income using the form. Jotform is much more than a form. A definite contender for any custom form needs.

So far, I really like JotForm. They have extremely easy to use form building software, and I have yet to run into an issue with basic forms. Submission arrive quickly, and interacting with them is MUCH easier after the update. Prior to the updates they've done recently, I was running into issues with docu-sign type forms being mobile friendly, but that seems to have been fixed. I plan to use Jot form for all of my intake needs within my company moving forward. 10/10 definitely recommend :)

I have been using JotForm for many years, mostly for online registration for programs at our retreat center. Since the pandemic began our use of JotForm has gone from being a useful convenience to an absolute necessity since all programing is now online and we have limited staff. With JotForm People can register, pay for a program, or make a donation and I can automatically send a Zoom link in an email responder. I work with Jotform since 2014. Iam very happy with the service. Always there is new option to build a form and they answer very fast whey there is a problem. I took 1 point out, just for: 1. after years it become a little expansive. 2. missing of Chat service or call service. 3. missing of tamplate for websites. ( this service i would like to have in Jotform).

Support is non existent

Support is non existent, I have been waiting for 2 months and all they have done is acknowledge there is an issue on their side and said it will be fixed asap. I pay for this...
