Using Jotform for the last decade…
Using Jotform for the last decade almost and the service has been always in a continuos development for a better product. Features and customization are capable of a wide range of purposes always with a friendly setup. Personally I respect and admire his creator for his vision and the philosphy of a company available for small business. Keep the good work.

Hands down my favorite business app!
I've been using JotForm exclusively for all of my intake forms and surveys since 2015. It is the most versatile app in my toolbox, and I recommend it to all of my clients. I use it to collect reviews, customer orders (with payment), and other contact details for clients. I'm so glad to have come across the program when I did.

When Compliance and Documentation Matter
Did you know that international adoption agencies are insanely federally regulated? Jotform has created a user friendly way for our agency to meet and document compliance in so many great ways. From surveys, disclaimers, service verifications, acknowledgments of terms/laws/obligations, trainings, to post adoption reports, etc... we are slowly building a great and efficient process which will support a high level of compliance.
