Best Form Tool

I've found this to be best, easy to use, most intuitive form tool out there. We've had so many different uses for it and it has the ability to do almost everything we want!

Nothing but praises for this wonderful application! It is easy to create forms, all you need to do is be creative. Would be nice to have more templates but what is already embedded is also nice. Good job developers of Jotform!

The service is fantastic and helps in the processes of any operation.

You can do just about anything

You can do just about anything, including simple (and even a bit robust) eCommerce. Forms are decently easy to build, but could offer better arranging of fields side by side. Styling can be cumbersome, but at least it CAN be done. And Support people are awesome about helping with that. Forms support multi-language quite well, though some elements can't be translated, at times. I tend to be minimalist, but there are lots of decent widgets if needed. There ARE a few user-experience issues ...

Overall

Overall, a very useful form. I especially appreciate the many widgets I can plug into the form. Forms are very customizable and responses are easy to access. I do think they could update the UI a bit, especially when entering large amounts of text into the form. UPDATE: Not sure how to reply to a reply on Trustpilot; which may say something about my technical skills, but anyways... Account still unusable 3+ months after reporting a major glitch. Worse yet, when the product fails there's ZERO customer support (paying/nonpaying doesn't matter).

UPDATE: This is JotForm's latest response after once again trying to send me a link to a form I couldn't even access, with a fix that didn't even address my problem: "Answered by jonathan We apologize for further inconvenience this may have caused. We understand your frustration on the delays. Our development team assigned to this ticket had informed us that the issue persist due to multiple bugs/glitches that affect the Product list field.
