It is a great service

It is a great service, everyone should try it. The form widgets are very helpful, the customer support is fast and solves problems. I prefer jotform over any other similar services - and have been using it for years.

Great resource during, especially during pandemic

JotForm has been a great addition to our program through the COVID-19 pandemic. It has allowed us to keep track of our participant information in a secure platform. Plus it is easy to use! We create and embed forms on our website.

My successful journey with JotForm

For us, Jotform is the best and most convenient way to pull feedback from our employees and to collect information from our applicants. Since I started using it, my experience and satisfaction have only increased. I use it for work and also recommend it to many of my friends, working in different fields. Most of them were impresses by the capabilities of the platform. They just couldn't imagine that a form platform could some such complex needs. I would love to see payment processing ...

It's a very useful form builder

It's a very useful form builder, including a lot of widgets. The support is great, I always get answers soon by using Forum every time. The only less liking thing is that the field prepolutation using a robust Excel sheet is very difficult, it can expand the form too complicated and huge, there is no simple import widget that could also create selectable options (e.g. dropdown, radio buttons etc.) from the worksheet's fields. It would even be nice to see design features also (concave/convex ...

Jotform did not work

I am a parishioner of my local Catholic church and they use Jotform to take pre orders for the Friday fish fry. After filling out the form and selecting Paypal payment option, the jotform order form says my order will be placed when I submit the form. There is no button or way to submit the form however, and hitting the back arrow causes everything oi disappear. I am going to place my order over the phone with the church office manager. Jotform was a bust.

Best form maker. best suport team!

Best form maker, always improving with new tools and updates, but the real difference is the Suport team, best assistance ever. When i was empoyed it changed the way the company used to work, optimizing procedures. Now that I'm unemployed (Covid-19) it is helping me substain myself. JotForm is a really powerful tool…

JotForm is a really powerful tool that's incredibly simple and versatile to use. We intended to use it for marketing needs but have started using Jotforms in all aspects of our company and have found creative ways to make data gathering easier for users and my marketing team alike.

Very extensible form builder and platform

For us, the platform has proven very intuitive and quick to build forms and other data collection methods. The powerful conditional statements and integrations with third party tools and data storage solutions allows for the collected information and documents to flow to the correct parties around our organization and into the correct file stores automatically, saving vast amounts of labor hours

Very useful tool!!

We were struggling with a way for our sales department to request pieces of equipment for sale or rentals. We stumbled across JotForm and started using. This has made it extremely easy for our salesman to make requests. They can easily complete the form from their phones in the field. It also make it easier for us to know who submitted what and when. This program has many other purposes that need explored, that may help our company communication even better. Maybe even with our customers.
