Very useful tool
Very useful tool, just wish I knew it was submission totals and not submissions per survey. Otherwise, would recommend, have received a lot of compliments on how easy our survey is.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT.
I would not recommend this to any company unless you have endless time to waste. When we first got Jotforms is was a great product. Now is extremely buggy. Due to our companies nature of when we receive forms, we can not change at the moment to a new product. List of problems. _Deletes forms without your knowledge. _Horrible customer service. We have been seeking help for months and no one can help and not one has a manager reached out to help us. The only form of communication is through ...

Great experience so far!
I use Jotform daily for my business enterprise and I find it extremely easy to use. It allowed me to easily build a form that I send weekly to my customers, who are also very happy to being able to order through a couple of click!

Generally the platform works fine but with bugs.
Generally the platform works fine. But always there is some bugs. Please be carefull about the submitions. Sometimes, some of them submit and some not. In other cases, we found a problem to edit a submition through the notification mail. Many times the notification mail of a form cloned by a previous one keeps the format of the first original form and not the new cloned one.

Excellent !!!
We have used this platform for freshmen to upload they personal documents and info. It has worked perfectly for us, you have multiple options to customize online forms, send and receive notifications, and download all the data. It has saved us during the pandemic. Thanks Jotform!

They erroneously charged me $288 after…
They erroneously charged me $288 after I cancelled last year. There has been zero response in my refund. If they refund me I will update this rating to reflect a good experience while using the service. Seems simple to refund me but there’s no way to contact anyone.
