Absolutely amazing service!!
Absolutely amazing service, I've used many different other ones and none of them have even a 10th of what this one offers and the ease of usability is incredible. I'm in the insurance industry and rely on a simple and straightforward interface. JotForm has been a no-brainer for me... I set it up, and dont have to deal with it anymore; the job tasks just come in like theyre supposed to! Amazing app, kudos to the developers that think of stuff like this!

Most Useful Form Creation Site Ever!
Using JotForms has steamlined many of our main interactions between departments and with customers! All of our departments are using their own customized forms. We now receive complete information that we can track in spreadsheets and the forms are linked on our website for customers. JotForm customer service is very responsive to help with creating and using the forms! Great product and service!

All unpredictable
Support is unpredictable. The forms are unpredictable. The company is unpredictable. After finding the form doesn’t load on certain forms and it cost me, after days of contacting support who wants your private business in a forum, they pulled my form and my account censoring an American citizen. You can’t trust the forms to load on all devices but you can’t trust this company. If things work well for you, good, but you may not know how many people can’t load your form until it’s too late. ...
