Why we love JotForm

JotForm is a very easy on-line software, perfect for new and experienced users. The new interface to export data is wonderful, so easy to use. We like that we can track an individual response across all questions for more accurate data analysis. The customer service is quick and helpful - that is VERY appreciated. We love that responses can be emailed to more than one person - that they can be emailed to a person at all is so helpful. We love that we don't have to log-in to see responses. ...

We have used Jot form for about 8-10…

We have used Jot form for about 8-10 years now and I really like many features of the forms and how it works for me. Jotform has transformed the registration process for our courses. It is easy to update each spring. Pricing is great. Highly recommended. I am sure there are many functions I dont currently use that probably could use. It might be an idea to have a service that one could engage a Jotform Expert that would look at my needs and my form and be able to offer suggestions.

I am very happy to write very positive words for Jotform. It is very easy to use. I can also build elaborate forms even with conditional criteria based on previous customer responses as they fill out the form. About this feature, it would be great if nested conditions were easier to build, i.e. if you could build form based on many 'IF' nested with AND and OR. Great services for my use as a manager of a no profit organization. The prices are very fair. Thank you.

One of the best software I've used

One of the best software I've used. Its simple to use and there is a ton of possibilites. The customer service is also incredible. A real pleasure to work on Jotform.

Seems nice, but when product fails there's ZERO customer support (paying/nonpaying doesn't matter).

Over 1 month in now, the problem is on their end, & they still haven't fixed it. In fact, their "Development Team" hasn't said a thing in just shy of 3 weeks. You won't get service if there's a problem. FYI Using the very basic "revert" function can cause your account to break & become completely useless. I love Jotform

I love Jotform. The Advanced CSS Editor allows me to build forms that embed into websites and look exactly as I want them to be. I have recommended to three clients who now actively use it and love it.

Jotform has made life easier !

I am a school counsellor for an international school. I have started using Jotform recently for my counselling department and it has made my life so much more easier. I have used Jotform for appointment, my documentations for case notes and discussion. It has been so efficient. Having the submittion view has made it easier for me to make summary report to my principal as well. Thanks Jotform !
