Constant issues and Useless support…
Constant issues and Useless support make this potentially great platform a total POS. If you are planning to use this to run any important piece of your business, just do yourself a favor and don't do it. Whoever is the head of customer support at this company should be ashamed of themselves. Their generic response to issues is "we're looking into it and will advise when we have an answer." There's never any reply after that.

I am working with forms from JotForm now since two Years and we are very happy with it. No Problems at all, easy to use und looking nice! I recommend JotForm!!

Inbounds for project and funding management
We use JotForm to gather information for many of our processes and applications. We love the integration with Monday.com for dynamic project tracking, and are continually looking to see how we can do more with it. Well worth the upgrade to the paid account to allow us more flexibility and forms!

A must have tool for sure.
Overall, JotForm works well. It is a powerful and customizable webform builder. I just wished I could customize the look of easier.

I'm mostly happy with jotform
I'm mostly happy with jotform, but if I would like the possibility of being able to translate the messages (por final users) of the utilities.

The form were automated
The form selection is good. It would be better if emailing the forms were automated, and the email content could be saved when sending out the email.

Easy To Schedule Appointments
JotForm has really streamlined my ability to get appointments. I was looking for a form to easily get appointments, and have them integrated to Google Sheets. JotForm was the perfect solution.
