We use JotForm in our spa to collect important information from our clients prior to getting facial services. Jotform was so easy to put together and super customizable for what we need. As time goes on, we’re able to add and remove questions if necessary right from the app or the computer with no headache. Would definitely recommend!

I have been a customer of JotForm since they began with beta testing. I have them to be professional, friendly, quick with support and affordable. Enhancement have been the big reason I stay, always looking to enhance our companies forms it has helped my business to grow, now over $2.5 Million in sales. I'm looking forward to what they will offer next!

Great app…
I took to jotform after trying out a number of other platforms because it was so simple to use. I really like the major recent additional features, particularly the use of pdf forms. I have a paid account and, as a non-profit, we find it very good value for money.

Great experience so far!
This is a great software and so far I am happy to have found JotForm. I am new to jotform and I have had an easy time creating forms and sharing them. It has lots of instructional videos on youtube and everything seems super professional.

As a long time user I can say it does what it says with very little intervention :)
As a long time user, we have relied on Jotform for over 5 years. The product is never down and always does it's job, sometimes forget we use it but it is used every day.

Absolutely love JotForm
Absolutely love JotForm! Been a real time saver for us and ticks all the boxes we have for online form provision. Embeddable in WordPress: tick; secure transport of sensitive data: tick; easy to customise and make awesome: tick; integration with Zapier, Google, Keap and much much more: tick. Oh yeah, the price is amazing too and, at first, drove our decision to use. Not now! The sheer number of functions JotForm has drives our decision to use now.
