Loving JotForm
I wanted to find a real time work log for my group wherein we can show how tasks are processing and show statuses. JotForm was just what we needed at a price that is very reasonable. I have truly enjoyed developing forms, tables and reports via JotForm and have begun making complex forms that incorporate 3 different type of requests with conditions are different input stages. JotForm has proven to me very useful to me and my firm.

Worked v. Well for church service bookings.
I used jotform to managed covid bookings for my church. The free version was ok but I couldn't implement a cap on number of bookings for a service. Paid subscription enabled this. Only needed it for one high demand month but failed to unsubscribe so paid for 2. Worked very well for what I needed.

Great form building software
Great form building software! I use Jotform for so much, from registration and taking payments, to surveys and applications. And as a small nonprofit, we appreciate the non-profit discount which makes this so affordable. Customer service is a little tricky, there isn't anyone to contact really, but luckily it is easy to use and I rarely need help.

A powerful form tool for business
Jotform is a powerful product that is used daily within our organisation. The depth of its advanced features are huge, with the ability to get pixel-perfect designs easily. The widgets add significant power and there is one for almost everything.

I tried to register for Carlton Boxing…
I tried to register for Carlton Boxing Academy in Bradford but I couldn't submit my details. You can't save the form as a pdf or word document either. Very frustrating, tried on my smartphone and PC but no luck. Should be a link to report issues but there were none. Pathetic is too mild an adjective.

We found the tool we needed!
We needed a tool to allow us to capture completed forms from our clients, from their home computer or their phone. We still do allow clients to be serviced curbside. JOTFORM is AWESOME. I love it. It will allow you to create simple forms, or complex forms. It will save time and our clients are asked on each form, "Would you prefer a paper form or this form?"
