Not reliable for business/bad customer service

Update July 7/22/21: they just replied to my first review appearing below the line saying that pretty much I am the one who asked for my account to be deleted or suspended and that I have to contact their customer service. Well, my reply is the same, I never asked for my account to be even touched, I did contact your customer service weeks before my first review and yet and up until these words, I haven't heard anyt from them. --------- Very unprofessional customer service that has no phone ...

Simplistic

The form was simple to build and easy to set up for our daily health reports for our employees to respond confidentially. Yes, I will continue to use JotForms.

Jotform gives me a headache.

Jotform gives me a headache. I've never seen so many bugs in one program in my life. In the meantime, I have made at least 30 support requests in 2 months, because something is not working. Standard answer: 'our development team is working on it', of course you will never hear about it again. Worthless!

I am making the application form with jotform. With jotform, it's really useful to get the customer to the right place by conditionalizing, to send the customer an email with some variation of guidance, and to store the data on the FTP server by the API. I recommend jotform.

jotform is the best online free form making site where u can make a fantastic online form with a lot of free themes and here u can find any option without coding, I love this site, and I am using it for the last 2 years. also, i invited my all friends to try this site, they all are too much satisfied from this, umar.yso.org

i saw this app used on another website and instantly decided to use it on my own, this app is incredibly easy to use and allows for a lot of integral technology to be integrated with a click of a button

I use Jotforms in a unique way

I have been using Jotforms for 5 or 6 years now in a somewhat unorthodox manner. I am a music teacher and I use it to score performance based assessments for students. I use the conditions and sum widgets because based on a student’s score on one song determines what song they perform next. This is the only form program I have found to give me the flexibility to set detailed conditions.
