Almost perfect
Great service. The only thing I’d change is the amount of form entries you get with the free plan. 5 is not enough. Other than that the site is great and pretty simple to use.

Very good platform
Very good platform. I work in a secondary school, a collegue of mine suggested it for a survey and I found Jotform amazing! You can easily read the answer and download them as pdf, CSV or Excel file.

Amazing Tool!!!! Use Jotform
It is my first time to use Jotform, i am amaze very simple yet impactful! I was able to easily populate the audit checklist from their template. Very User friendly and the reports are auto populated. It makes my life easy especially when i'm conducting an audit to our clubs. Keep it up!! More limits benefits :)

Jotform is a user friendly platform…
Jotform is a user friendly platform that enables our department to successfully deliver what is needed during the enrollment process. We use Jotform quite frequently and the ease of implementing the forms into our everyday process is flawless! I highly recommend this platform and it can alleviate many unnecessary processes that is not needed. It truly has what you need from forms, RSVP, submissions, etc. Great platform for your everyday business essentials!

Fantastic to use!
Fantastic to use, and very user-friendly. The form formats are also very easy for others to read and use. The overall experience in creating a form from scratch or a template is straightforward, appreciate the feature where you can use your own pdf, and it auto-fills. Overall definitely recommend it!

Extremely Disappointed with JotForm's Customer Service and Refund Policy
I am writing to express my profound disappointment with JotForm's handling of our recent refund request. Here's a brief overview of our experience: Our annual subscription renewed automatically, and the payment was taken in full. We were not expecting this auto-renewal and promptly canceled the subscription.
